If you're having trouble with the "Hard Pass" trophy/achievement, follow these steps (This works on all current digital versions): Start a brand new playthrough Pick up 1 tarot card in every chapter (including the prologue) At the end of each chapter, choose "Move on" and IMMEDIATELY hold the PS/XBox home button and close the application/game, then relaunch the game and continue from the autosave. Do this for EVERY chapter, and if you do it correctly, you will unlock the trophy right after the 5th chapter ends. I just did it tonight. Took about 5ish hours
