Hi everybody, hope you are all well.

I'm a guy who doesn't like to talk a lot, especially on social media platforms. I just like to focus on my work. This may be a negative thing, especially as I have a channel with wonderful and enthusiastic viewers who demand new episodes. But in all cases, I wanted to apologize for the long absence and wanted to give an update to anyone who's interested.

The absence can be linked to several reasons. The first being that I'm a guy who works on the channel in my free time. Sometimes life takes over my hobby, which is normal. Some people may look at the volume of uploads on my channel and say I take a lot of time, but I don't feel that way. I actually think that my uploads are always ahead of schedule given the work behind the scenes. I'm usually burned out by the end of each episode.

Another reason is basically a mixture of boredom and repetitiveness. The episodes have different stories, but personally I felt the passion fading with each episode.

The final reason for this absence is a medical condition which limits my ability to do voice-over. It's a complicated matter and I prefer not to speak (just like Mourinho). But briefly, this means that i'm limiting the amount of episodes with voice-over until I fix this issue.

I know some people don't like the accent and would say "just hire somebody else", but in the context of my channel, I enjoy doing every single part of production.

Now an answer to the most asked question I received these past few months "Is there a new episode ?"
And the answer is YES.

During this period I worked, and i'm still working on a new episode. But, it's new in every way.

My medical condition opened a door for me to try something new, a new style of storytelling, a refreshed editing style, and a focus on other parts of a subject rather than being more information driven.
It's a project that tries to answer a question I ask myself "Can I produce a documentary on a bigger scale?"

Of course this project comes with numerous issues and roadblocks, the biggest being Youtube's copyright restrictions. After working for months on this project, I tried to test and upload some of it on my channel and it immediately got blocked. It didn't even allow me to share it privately or at least give the option to share it without monetization.

Of course, it is well in their right to do so. In my previous uploads, I was always limited by copyright restrictions which restricted my editing style (very short match highlights, constant cutting...etc)

With that said, I came up with an alternative idea to upload the finished project. It will restrict the view count, it will not be uploaded on my channel, but it gives me freedom to produce something without restrictions, and just have fun with it.

It's certainly something new, and sparked a new passion and drive in me that was fading.

Hopefully, in the next few weeks or months, and when I feel like the film is close to a final draft, I will inform everybody with the instructions on how to watch it.

And finally just to be transparent, it may be gated by a very very small fee to cover the blocked monetization.
