🌶️ Raw Vegan Pad Thai Dressing

Ingredients:
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
• 1 small tomato (or ½ large)
• 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger (peeled)
• 1 clove garlic
• Juice of 1 lime
• Optional: a splash of coconut aminos or a tiny bit of miso (if you use them)
• Optional: chili flakes for heat

Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2. Taste and adjust: Add more dates for sweetness, more lime for tang, or more ginger for a kick.
3. Pour over spiralized zucchini, kelp noodles, or shredded cabbage + your favorite veggies.

Everyone wants fat free dressings… so here ya go boo…

These will all taste soooo much yummier and be creamier with nuts or seeds but….

🥗 Here are 10 thick, fat-free, raw vegan dressings that feel like dressing (not juice), using just 2–3 ingredients each:



1. Zucchini Garlic Cream
• Zucchini (peeled for neutral flavor)
• 1 date (for body, not sweetness)
• Fresh garlic

👉🏼 Thick and creamy. Add herbs if you want.



2. Red Pepper Tomato Cream
• Red bell pepper
• Tomato
• 1 date

👉🏼 Blend thick and it’s like a raw thousand island base.



3. Carrot Ginger Cream
• Carrot (chopped small or juiced)
• Fresh ginger
• 1 date or splash of lemon

👉🏼 Bright, bold, and thick AF.



4. Celery Zucchini Ranchy Vibes
• Celery
• Zucchini
• Dill + 1 date

👉🏼 Think herby ranch, fat-free edition.



5. Green Cream
• Romaine or spinach
• Zucchini or cucumber
• Garlic + 1 date

👉🏼 Thick, herby, rich — like a savory green goddess.



6. Tomato Basil Dream
• Tomato
• Fresh basil
• Sun-dried tomato (no oil/salt — just dry)

👉🏼 The sun-dried tomato makes it thick and rich!



7. Cucumber Dill Dip
• Peeled cucumber
• 1–2 dates
• Dill or lemon

👉🏼 Chill it and it’s like a tzatziki dip.



8. Savory Sweet Pepper Sauce
• Orange bell pepper
• 1 date
• Lime juice or a splash of ACV

👉🏼 Tastes bright but not fruity-sweet. Thick + happy.



9. Spicy Tomato Cream
• Tomato
• Chili pepper or paprika
• Zucchini + date for thickness

👉🏼 Satisfying and tangy with a spicy kick.



10. Thick Cucumber Lime
• Cucumber
• 1 date
• Lime juice + basil or mint

👉🏼 Refreshing but still thick — use less cucumber for less water.



🌀 TIP: For even thicker results, blend and then let chill in fridge 1–2 hours. Zucchini + date is the magic combo to make anything creamy without fat.

🥗 Here are 10 super simple, savory, fat-free raw vegan dressings — no nuts, seeds, oil, salt, or sweet stuff. Each one has just 2–3 ingredients and is savory, tangy, or herby — not sweet & with no dates:

💡 Blend each until creamy! For a thicker texture, use less water or choose dense veggies like zucchini or carrots. These keep well for 1–2 days in the fridge.
