Hardwork is highly essential for success.But Smart work is still better essential for getting success. For example " Work done for 20 hours without concentration is not worthy when compared the work done in just 2 honours with good concentration for achieving Success." I therefore feel the second option is far better than the first option for success. I therefore conclude that " Smart work is more worthier than mere Hardwork.
Once a professor went to IIT, Madras on some event. One of the student told the Professor that "Ours is the best Institute in the country. " " Why and how? "Professor asked the student. The student replied the professor " Because, our one the student was offered best package from an American Software Company.. " Student replied. " Then yours is not a best institute, and it is very common normal as the other Institute in India. Student shocked by the reply given by the professor. Further, Professor asked all the students that " Have you ever heard Manjunath? "
