Local Farmington Hills Resident and Realtor named, you guessed it, Joe. Most people don't know how much to list their house for. I meet with sellers and show them how to position their property to get them the maximum amount possible! I am on the eXp - Z Real Estate Team.
I intend to help make a better community by sharing some of the lessons I have learned that might help others. I am also great at connecting people, which is part of what I intend to do.
I also believe that our elders have more wisdom than we realize and hope to shine a spotlight on their wealth of knowledge and experiences by interviewing them.

Our neighborhood duck passed away after being hit by a car yesterday. He and his mate had a family and lived at a rental on the next street. After they moved out, the ducks stayed but pooped on the wrong persons drive and were removed by a conservation group. The mother and father evaded capture. Shortly after the mother was killed. The father survived for 2 years and has become a big part of our neighborhood. He used to swim in my ditch when it would fill up in the spring. We will miss him. 💕😢
