Hey guys, these are some small habits I try to follow consistently.💪🏻
Nothing extreme — but they’ve helped me a lot, and they might help you too.🙂

Move every hour
Because of my job, I spend long hours sitting on a chair. I make sure to stand up, move around.These mini breaks really help.

Hydration
I’ve been doing this for years now. I always drink 2–3 glasses of warm water first thing in the morning.

Track your steps
If you don’t have time for a workout, at least try to walk as much as possible throughout the day.

Sleep
This one can’t be ignored. 7–8 hours of good-quality sleep is a must.
Not using my phone 1 hour before bed has improved my sleep quality a lot.

Junk food
I try to stay consistent with my diet. You don’t have to quit your favorite foods completely — just enjoy them in balance.
