I normally eat MUCH more food but I was so full from breakfast and dint have a lot of time to cook so it was all easy things.

Breakfast sweet potato was already cooked from day before so i just cooked meat morning of.

Dinner noodles already had veggies and chicken prepped day before so i just cooked noodles then reheated everything.

Easy but delicious!

LOW SUGAR PROTEIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
-4 tbs cashew butter
-2 tbs raw honey
-2 tbs almond milk
-pinch of salt
-6 tbs ‪@EquipFoods‬vanilla.or chocolate protein (code MARLA)
-3 tbs ground oats
-optional: sugar free chocolate chips

*mix everything together. Batter will be sticky. Put on baking sheet lined with parchment and wet hands to flatten batter. Bake at 350 for 10 mins or until desired doneness.*
