Let’s talk about something that shouldn’t even be a thing: corrections officers having to buy their own body armor.

Friend of the channel Carmen (Spawn of AJ) recently switched from federal to county corrections, and due to funding, officers are footing the bill for their own safety gear. These are the people dealing with violent offenders and high-risk situations daily — and somehow, they’re doing it without guaranteed protection.

If you can spare even a few dollars, it goes straight toward keeping her safe on the job.
We can’t fix the county budget overnight, but we can make sure she’s not walking into danger unprotected.
