Here’s my coffee thought for the day. The 3D world is very simple. If one wants to play that game it’s very clear and inarguable who is ahead and behind in ‘points’ of money and value. I find that paradigm exhausting, frustrating and depressing.
Believing that there might be more than what we can see, understand or comprehend feels good.
Taking stock of what we don’t know rather than what we do feels similar to gratitude in this way.
When I focus on what I have, I feel better. When I focus on what I don’t have, I feel miserable. I’m saying it’s very similar. When I focus on what I know, I feel upset. When I acknowledge what I don’t know, and what no one has ever known or will ever know, I feel hopeful and curious.

There’s a relationship there worth understanding.
