Today I found myself in an advanced hot yoga class (by accident of course). Boy was it hard!
I am thankful I went. Today’s lesson was to be mindful how you talk to yourself.
Of course our inner thoughts say the most disrespectful things lol. I’m making it a habit to correct whatever words are said and counter it with a positive thought.
Today I told myself I’m smart, beautiful and worthy 🥰. What nice things can you say about yourself today?

I have an internal battle with consuming my favorite sweets as we approach bikini season. I do however need a Girl Scout plug for those tasty coconut cookies lol.
I think I may do a haul of my favorite kinis that I believe are timeless.
