Mandi is the owner of Stone Ridge Books, a company that works to help authors bring their books to life through cover design and book formatting. She is also the creator of The Book Launch Planner, a planner designed to help authors publish and market their books. I've always wanted a home library. In fact, when we bought the house we live in now, I knew exactly which room I was going to make into my home library. I've had these four bookshelves for a while now, but lately, they've been messy and overstuffed. Now I also have a toddler running around, who is tall enough to pull books off the shelf. With that said, it felt like now was the perfect time to give these bookshelves a little makeover. Join me as I re-organize my bookshelves and create a toddler craft and reading area as well! Because we can't forget to make a little space for the cutie as well! After a lot of debate, I also decided to create a rainbow bookshelf because why not?

If you're self-publishing your ebook, there are a ton of distribution options. If you're the type of author who wants to have your ebook in as many places as possible, then you may be wondering the best way to go about that. Do you publish with IngramSpark, but have low royalty rates? Or maybe with Draft2Digital and have a smaller distribution. There's even Publish Drive, which publishes your ebook everywhere, without a cut in your royalties (for a fee of course). Or there's the monotonous option of manually publishing your ebook to different retail sites yourself. In this video, I'm talking about all these options and comparing different royalty rates, distribution, and what will give you the most bang for your buck.
