Happy Holidays everyone 🫶🩵

I have one more Reiki video to post before Thanksgiving. Our next session’s theme is an Aura Cleanse / Shielding our energy prior to the Holidays.

I also received my new Root Chakra Crystal Singing Bowl yesterday. I usually let Ruby & Opal smell the new sound tools and check them out prior to introducing them into our sessions. This way, they aren’t startled by new sounds, especially since they’re always present during our sessions. 🫶🩵

She’s a nine month old Beagle we adopted from the local shelter for my birthday.
The house felt so different without Bitsy.
Ruby was missing her buddy.
It was time for a new adventure 🎈🎈

Can’t wait for you to meet her too during our sessions!

Thank you to everyone for all of your kind words posted regarding Bitsy’s transition over The Rainbow Bridge. She was my little shadow, her absence is greatly felt.

I’ll be filming new content within the next few days. I’m excited to get back to our sessions with each other!

My soul dog Bitsy crossed The Rainbow Bridge yesterday. To say that I’m heartbroken is an understatement. Our family is definitely feeling her absence. We’ve gotten SO MANY incredible signs from her already letting us know she’s safe and ok on The Other Side.

I’m going to take some time to process my feelings and grief over her loss. I’ll definitely be addressing these themes in upcoming videos. But for now, we are all being brave and feeling our grief each moment it comes up for us.

Thank you all so much for your kind words and healing energy that was sent our way. I love and appreciate each of you so much. 🦋💚🦮 Send some happy thoughts to Bitsy as she begins her new adventure. We are all going to miss her, but are so grateful she’s finally free… 🥹

A post I strangely never thought I’d have to make..

My soul dog, Bitsy, suddenly stopped wanting to go on her beloved walks last week. At the same time, she stopped wanting to eat. After seeing the vet, they found that she’s in late stage renal failure. We go back today once her urine screen comes back to talk about treatment options.

To say that I’m devastated is an understatement. Bitsy is my shadow. She’s always present during our Reiki sessions together. Guarding our sacred circle just like Ruby. I’m not sure how much time I have left with her. I’ll keep everyone posted. But until then, I’m going to take some time with my girl. We’ve got a stroller coming today for her to still go on her beloved walks, even if she can’t walk them herself anymore.

Please send all the healing energy and love Bitsy, and to me 😭 I feel like my heart is slowly breaking.

Hey y’all 💜
I hope everyone has been having the most beautiful weekend so far. It started out humid but sunny here in Virginia. Then the weather morphed into a big rainstorm this evening.
☔️🌧️⛈️🌈

Thanks for your patience these last two weeks as I held off releasing new video sessions. Our family experienced a sudden death in the family recently, which led me to pause and reflect. Her name was April and she was the fiancé of one of our extended family members. I learned several life lessons from the passing of April. I’m grateful to have known her. 🌹💐
Happy birthday, April 💕🌹💕🌹

April’s passing was a big reminder to me, even with doing the work that I do: Life is short. Hug your loved ones. Tell them you love them, often. As much as possible. Make it awkward 😂💕 It may be the last conversation you have with them.

Love you all 💕New content coming this week. Likely touching on the theme of death and transition. 🌹🌹
