It thrives on chaos, fear and forces you to recall old stories, and wounded beliefs because that’s how it stays in control.

But healing isn’t about granting the ego control. It’s about transcending it.

The most important thing I’ve learned..

…after healing from more things that I can count …

is that you have to become a master at witnessing and observing where your consciousness is streaming 👇

👉 toward a lower, unhealed or archetypal, self?

👉 or your higher self that is far more graceful and in divine flow?

Today, I’m just trying to exist in a state of surrender 😔 to witness and observe and it ‘ain’t easy.

I’m allowing myself to witness the pain without being engulfed by it, and that’s hard to do when my ego is screaming like a wild banshee.

Every fiber of my being wants to react, fix, escape, and control🥺

But healing isn’t about doing- it’s about being.

It’s about, allowing, observing, and trusting that this moment, no matter how hard, is meant to be felt..

…not as punishment, because feeling helps us become even more discerning about how our 👉 consciousness creates.

Becoming more familiar with yourself as consciousness is ultimately what will make you a master healer & creator of the life you desire and deserve.

1. I committed to building massive amounts of self worth. Not superficial self worth but self as the foundation for existing.

2. I accepted that everyone in this planet is just God experiencing itself in a different form and each souls has free will to direct its experience which means I did too.

3. I found my why. At first I thought it was my kids - which would have been a good why - but in my heart I knew they weren’t it. When I finally found my why I became emotionally invested in the process of healing which helped me to just get it done so that I could create the life I now love.

✨ don’t forget that healing and manifesting are the exact same thing 💪 that’s why when you give yourself permission to heal you also give yourself permission to create a life you love 💕
