I am afraid I did not manage to get my dress finished to put up a vlog while I am away for a few days this week. There will be a podcast next week though. I am planning on sewing my indigo dress with french seams, I can’t wait to get started! Hopefully I will have time this weekend! In the meantime, have a lovely week!

Apologies for the lack of podcast this week. I am feeling a bit under the weather. I have picked up yet another cold from Jensen going to nursery and just need to rest a bit. I have been busy prepping for #eastangliayarnfestival #EAYF making bags, bag making kits and hand dyed yarn this week. PATTERN NEWS. I have taken some photos of my new mittens which will be winging it’s way to test knitters this weekend. The pattern has a fitted thumb gusset and a simple cable details. If you have emailed me about test knitting I am going to get back to you this weekend. This week has been hectic and I have not got around to emailing the pattern out yet. I have plenty of test knitters now, but I hope to get the pattern published in September.

VIDEO UPDATE. This weeks YouTube video is a Vlog of my work day, lots of dyeing, sneak peak at some new fabrics and some secrets about my dyeing technique. So watch out for that. I am hoping to get it edited tomorrow, but it may not be up until Saturday.

This is my progress on my #arianacardigan loving using these lovely yarns selected from my scraps. Only 32 full squares to go 😂 this is a free pattern using a combination of crochet and knitting. I just can’t wait to wear it!
