Sorry for the late post about the stream, but it was another good one. long though, went past midnight. lol

Lucy really is such an unnecessary addition to GGST. They're trying to make her be a formidable opponent against literally GG characters like Sol or Dizzy (you know, magically engineered Weapons of MASS DESTRUCTION). They wrote her to have the audacity to say they wouldn't last long in Night City.

Any character from GG would literally just walk around absolutely confident knowing that this strange unknown world is just full of cyborgs with no magical powers and are too busy indulging in lots of drugs, sax, p**n, BD p**n, fake processed food, crime and cyberpsychosis.

Her story was a waste of time in Strive's arcade mode.

Gamescom was ok, I guess. They really wanted folks to like Call of Duty. Lol. Call of Duty...

ANYWAYS, still trying to pump out the big vids but that week of game announcements had to be talked about. Thanks again to anybody for tuning.

I've been jotting down some requests that some of y'all wanted or recommended for which fighting games I should stream next, so don't worry. Still trying to balance life and content-creating, which I suck at lately for those wondering about me and stuff. My PC is running a bit better lately, at least 👍

Ngl, this is the first time I don't feel like streaming my reaction to it, but it's mostly because of me trying to hurry up some videos and content instead before her drop on the 21st.

From a brief glimpse of what I'm seeing from the stream, looks like Lucy is a character that is obviously stealing all the effort that the dev team is finally putting into the game. Like for example her intro & win pose animation.

looks like they finally are trying to insert more angles different shots and some dynamic FOV to some of her shots. and it's a lengthy win animation with quite a bit of dialogue that Lucy is gonna have for EACH SPECIFIC fighter, as well.

This is kinda insulting the rest of the cast (Especially Leo Whitefang or Elphelt, since they're known to have quirky wordy win animations from Xrd.)

not saying the other animations look bad, but Lucy genuinely has a lot more going on compared to most of the cast.

she's a guest character, so of course her gameplay and presentation are a lot more conspicuous than the rest of the game's existence and comes with a free foot massage.

In GGST 2.0, they should go back and redo some of the other characters intro/win poses, like Sol, Ky, Anji, etc.
