Hey friends! I wanted to share a quick thought after watching a live tonight where things got a bit… spicy in the comments.
The host — who normally shares beautiful jewelry content — invited a talented crafter to teach a papercraft project. I loved seeing a different medium highlighted, but unfortunately someone in the chat felt the need to tear it down. They said subscription boxes are “for beginners” and “limit creativity,” and that a jewelry channel should “stick to jewelry.”
As someone who lives and breathes creativity, I see things very differently.
✨ Curated boxes don’t limit creativity — they expand it.
They introduce colors, textures, and themes I might never choose on my own. They challenge me, stretch me, and spark ideas I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
