So uh anyone else notice that the Free Throw major augment on Mule Kick flat out does not work at all with any of the equipment? I've thrown dozens, if not hundreds of various equipment with this augment active and have never been refunded even ONCE.
Kind of a bummer since if it was working, it would've been perfect for an augment build I am working on right now but alas. First Multi-Pack being bugged, now this one too? Mule Kick slowly becoming a buggy mess of a perk lmao

After playing and completing Astra Malorum multiple times both solo and with a group, fellas I can't lie this map and its main quest is one of the best Zombies experiences in all of the franchise in my opinion.

Maybe I am biased because I love that space themed sh*t but the layout, the retro futuristic and fantastical vibe, the beautiful skybox with asteroids and Saturn in the background, the ancient ruins of Mars, its all so beautiful.
The Main Quest in its entirety being fun and engaging, a good length and no tedious or outright annoying steps. The boss is fun and a good skill check without being too hard or unfair.
The AMAZING callback to the old "Shangri-La takes place on Mars" theory with the temple ACTUALLY being on Mars and playing the Pareidolia motif when you teleport there.
A brand new, never before seen wonder weapon with its goofy but appropriate alien theme, and its laser light show death effects.
O.S.C.A.R. and his oppressive presence balanced by his unique map-patrolling AI rather than incessantly chasing the player at all times
Even the pack a punch camo is sexy asf and I am sad I can't use it in MP or Warzone!

This map is genuinely a really good time and Treyarch did a great job with it. It makes me sad that Black Ops 7 as a whole has been performing poorly in terms of sales and public reception, which means less and less people will play maps like this or Ashes of the Damned and miss out. Say what you will about BO7's trash campaign and sweaty multiplayer, but I don't want to hear ANYONE say Treyarch hasn't been cooking with Zombies so far this year.

Okay not going to lie, this is an absolutely STACKED season 1 update. We even got our first look at the NEXT Zombies map, Astra Malorum.
If Treyarch can keep up this kind of pace throughout the year, that "most content of any COD yet" leak may end up coming true...

Here is what the logo for the new zombies map coming with Black Ops 7 looks like! Honestly metal asf I really like it, and the new villain with the aviators and southern drawl has so much aura.

Looks like Treyarch decided to redo the goofy ass vault edition skins after all the backlash. I suppose this is to back up their claims made when they announced limited cosmetic carry forward, claiming this years call of duty will be more grounded with its own unique identity.

I must admit the skins do look a lot better BUT only time will tell whether they actually do keep their word about this COD having a solid identity and theme!
