Finally, my 20-year YouTube account is back to normal. After the appeal was successful, some functions required a 3-month cooling-off period before they could be used again. Now everything is finally back to normal. I will upload videos to both the old and new channels at the same time, which can be regarded as a backup.
I'll catch up on the videos I've missed in the past three months as soon as possible on this old channel. (These videos have been uploaded to a new channel)
