In this training, I break down three of the hardest areas of the face, the chin, tear trough and nasolabial fold, to show how the aesthetic goal, anatomy, risk and product choice should determine the technique you use.
You’ll see why:
• A deep bolus on the bone can completely fail to project a small chin
• Tear trough filler can make the wrong patient look worse
• Treating the nasolabial fold directly can mean treating the symptom rather than the cause
• The safest-looking injection plane isn’t always the safest plane
