Today, for the first time in my life, I rode a bike to the office 🚴

It was an 8 km ride, and honestly… it was awesome...

My new electric bike was a birthday gift, and riding it felt surprisingly relaxing. I could enjoy the beautiful scenery, get some exercise, and arrive at work feeling refreshed rather than tired. I loved it so much that I brought the bike into my office and parked it next to my desk 😊



These days, I try my best to exercise at least 3 days a week by going to the gym or being more active.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘁 is that during my PhD and early career researcher years, I spent almost all my time working on research and building my profile. Looking back, I would absolutely make more time for exercise and health too.


𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵. 𝗗𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗼.❤️

Ironically, exercise even helps research. A healthy body and mind matter. Whenever I exercise, I get better ideas, feel more motivated, and return to work with much more energy and clarity. 💪
