Good news for the people of Changlang! The long-awaited repair work on the Margherita–Changlang Road is set to begin shortly. Following a positive discussion with Hon’ble MLA of Margherita, Shri Bhaskar Sharma, and Hon’ble Speaker of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Tesam Pongte ji, the process has taken a decisive step forward.
The tender has been allotted to M/s Pragti Enterprises, Ledo, and the repair work is expected to commence within a short period of time.
This initiative will bring great relief to the denizens of Changlang Headquarters, who have long suffered due to the deplorable condition of the road. Once completed, the improved connectivity will ease travel, boost economic activity, and strengthen ties between Margherita and Changlang.
This development reflects the collaborative efforts of leaders from both Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, and stands as a positive step towards better infrastructure and regional growth.

"To build a safer and disaster resilient India by a holistic, pro-active, technology driven and sustainable development strategy that involves all stakeholders and fosters a culture of prevention, preparedness and mitigation."
More than 150 teachers from every periphery of Kharsang areas participated in the program and also students also take part in the program.
