I've been living w/extreme pain for 5yrs. I lost my ability to work & have fun. I searched YouTube for someone like me & Found doctors ,professors & podcasters. My hope is my videos will help others understand living with CRPS & life after an SCS. I am not offering medical advice. Each case of CRPS is very different & your physical / mental results will vary from mine. I hope my videos will offer some comfort to the unknown that getting CRPS brings & then what an SCS gives me back. We don’t have to feel alone. CRPS 30 days surgical incisions. Horizontal is your battery pack, and vertical is your leads. Remember to keep using your ice packs for any swelling . Bandages are removed to allow the incisions to dry and scab.

Furball therapy, and I snuggled with my ice packs, watching our favorite YouTube channel! DEBUNKED! Day 8, and we are walking slowly and able to stand around 30 minutes before the SCS sites are so uncomfortable I need to lay back down.
Just keep moving at a turtles pace. 🐢 One more day down! Crps didn't kill me and it won't kill you!

What am I gonna do again after my recovery .. oh I don’t know;

Bike ride
Drive a stick
Ride a horse
Do my own food shopping
Do my own clothes shopping
Walk without a cane daily
Sell my knee scooter
Work on my Packard
Walk a block
Walk a mile
R-U-N
Drive a go kart
Swim with a dolphin
Go to the zoo
Wear shorts ( without a leg warmer and socks)
Enjoy air conditioning again
So a load of laundry start to finish
And so much more
Oh oh. Clean my 1018sq ft home in less than 8 hours !!
CRPS hasn’t killed me yet and it won’t kill you!
