Hey everyone! I’ve just finished filming a brand-new recipe for Tomato Chutney, and I’m so excited to share it with you all!
This chutney is rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor, made with fresh tomatoes, roasted dals, and a touch of coconut, all finished off with a spicy tadka of mustard seeds and curry leaves. It’s the perfect condiment to elevate any meal, whether you’re serving it with roti, naan, or rice, or even using it as a dipping sauce for your favorite snacks!
I’m working on editing the video, and it will be up soon! This recipe is super easy to make. It is a great dip because of its beautiful blend of flavors that are both tangy and savory.

Good Morning!
I’m back from a 5-day vacation with my husband and two amazing friends, and I feel completely rejuvenated! It was a wonderful time, filled with laughter, relaxation, and connection.
Spending time with friends is truly the spice of life!
Taking this break has reminded me how important it is to pause and recharge. Not only does it give us time to rest, but it also allows space to reflect and refocus. While away, I found myself reflecting on how valuable friendships are and how taking time for ourselves helps fuel our creativity.
I’m feeling refreshed and inspired to bring you more delicious recipes! Stay tuned for some exciting new vegan dishes I’ve been working on.
