Every week, I like to write a quick recap of my highs and lows, things I accomplished, and what I’m looking forward to. This is a nice chance to reset for a fresh start. I can start my week with a clear mind.

After I finish my backlog of college videos, I want to make videos about my personal journaling practice and how you can start journaling, too! It’s truly life-changing and transformative. In the meantime, I hope these posts are helpful, and I wish you a safe, happy week!

okie, i have another question:

do you prefer when videos have voiceovers or captions?

I see the pros and cons of each. Captions are soo much easier and I'd be able to post videos more often, but I think voiceovers make my videos more unique?
