Happy New Year! I hope you’re all doing well and have your 2026 goals written down with strategies. Hopefully, you won’t feel the need to change yourself too much. But if there’s any advice you’d like from me, here it is:
Real talk: getting your finances in order regulates your nervous system.
As for this week, we’ll have daily shorts and a long-format video on Wednesday.
I had to change my upload days because I feel like the baby will be born before Wednesday. This year, I really want to stay consistent in all aspects of my life that I can control. I know it might sound crazy, but please indulge me.
I still can’t quite believe I made it through this challenge at this stage of my pregnancy — but here we are. Tomorrow marks the final day of 12 Days of Christmas, and after that, we return to our regular rhythm.
By now you know… your girl is almost a Christmas baby 🎄✨ December 23rd — my birthday. Big Capricorn energy only ♑️
As you move through this week and all its celebrations, I hope you pause to savor the moments, big and small. And if you’re spending the holidays alone for any reason, let this be your reminder: your day is still worthy of intention, joy, and magic. Treat it as sacred. Celebrate yourself just as fully as you would with a room full of loved ones.
