I love kofte ki sabzi but since the day i started eating healthy i stopped making it. I really thought why not can i have it when all the ingredients go in are healthy, the only unhealthy part was frying koftas in oil so i thought of Air frying koftas rather, and you wont believe, it couldn’t have been more healthier and tastier. And it isn’t about koftas only but how one can enjoy everything they like even being on diet. My channel @ Mindfully1071 is all about it. I am a big time foodie and i can’t imagine my life without food and i believe no one out there can. So i started substituting everything junk with a healthy alternative. Well i won’t say that’s only the reason that i lost 15 kgs of body weight because i also made changes in my daily habits of binging on munchies and started some workout at home. But your food plays a vital role in your transformation and not only that but it also impacts your soul. At least that’s what i believe. I would love you to be a part of my family here.
