✨ Tuesday Tip

One of the easiest ways to make a home feel more elevated isn’t buying more decor… it’s removing a few things.

Instead of filling every surface, choose a few larger, meaningful pieces and give them room to breathe. A little negative space allows beautiful materials, thoughtful architecture, and the pieces you truly love to shine.

I’d also like to give a warm welcome to all of our new subscribers! 💛Thank you for being here. Whether you’re building a new home, renovating, decorating, or simply looking for timeless design inspiration, I’m so glad you’ve joined the Home Insider by Lisa community.

🏡 I’d love to hear from you!

What’s one room in your home you’re hoping to improve next?

• Living Room
• Kitchen
• Bedroom
• Bathroom
• Entryway
• Home Office

✨ Your entryway is setting the tone for your entire home… and one small mistake could be making it feel colder than it actually is.

I just posted a new Short with one of my favorite designer tips. Watch it here, then let me know if your entryway is making the right first impression. 🙌🏽👇🏽

✨ Motivation Monday

One of my favorite parts of interior design is seeing what’s possible.

None of these spaces required knocking down walls or a full renovation. They just needed a fresh vision and thoughtful design.

If you could wave a magic wand and transform ONE space in your home, which would it be?

🏡 Outdoor Living

🛋️ Living Room

💻 Home Office

Tell me why in the comments. I’d love to know what space frustrates you the most or where you’d spend your budget first!

Your answers might even inspire one of my next design videos. 😊

Happy Monday! 🤍

A little reminder as we start a new week…

The most beautiful homes aren’t created overnight.

They’re built one thoughtful decision at a time.

The same is true for our lives.

Whether you’re building a custom home, renovating a space you already love, or simply working toward a dream that feels far away, don’t underestimate the power of small, consistent steps.

Every choice adds up.

Here’s to a week of making progress, embracing the process, and creating a home and a life you’ll love coming back to.

What’s one project you’re working on this week? 🏡✨

🌙 Moody Monday Design Tip

Good design isn’t just about how your home looks. It’s about how it makes you feel.

One of the biggest mistakes I see homeowners make is relying solely on overhead lighting. If you want your home to feel warm, inviting, and elevated, layer your lighting.

✨ Table lamps
✨ Wall sconces
✨ Accent lighting
✨ Candles for ambiance

The most beautiful homes aren’t always the most expensive. They’re the ones that create a feeling.

What’s one thing in your home that instantly makes it feel cozy?

Today we honor Juneteenth and celebrate the freedom, resilience, and progress that continue to shape our nation.

Home is more than where we live. It’s where stories are shared, legacies are built, and future generations are given the opportunity to thrive.

Wishing you a meaningful and reflective Juneteenth.

🏡 Home Insider Tip of the Week

I always recommend creating a mood board before making design decisions. It helps you see how materials, colors, and textures work together before spending a dime.

✨ Which element would YOU choose for your dream kitchen?

🤎 Warm Oak Cabinetry
🤍 Honed Quartzite
🌿 Sage Accents
✨ Aged Brass Hardware
🪵 Floating Shelves
