Important information for those who submitted via Google Forms (either promotion/exclusive):
We will be slowly migrating to Label Radar for demo/exclusive submissions only. We will be fully migrated to Label Radar after January 1 of 2026, so the flow of submissions coming in this year and next year won't be disrupted. Additional clarification/info is provided below if you continue to submit through Google Forms:
The terms and conditions will not terminate. All songs submitted previously under Atom (or submitted on Google Forms) will still be governed under the clauses and terms outlined in BOTH documents. We will still be looking out for any other pending submissions in Google Forms until January 1, 2026. After January 1, 2026, we will not be looking out for any more submissions submitted after that date, and all submissions after that date will have to be redirected to our label profile (submission via our label profile). For any artists waiting to submit their track, we highly recommend submitting any demos/tracks through our label portal (and not through Google Forms), as any pending/queued tracks in Google Forms will be discarded/ignored after January 1 of 2026.
The Google Forms and terms and conditions will not be deleted after January 1, 2026; we will just ignore any more submissions coming through the Forms. Any existing promotions or exclusive releases will still be up on Atom and our socials.
