This year, I want to honor “my other mother,” as a few years ago, I paid tribute to my biological mother.
At 38, during a group exercise at the IAC in London, we were invited to reflect on the greatest positive influences in our lives — true “gifts of life.” To my surprise, I realized the most meaningful gift was the woman I had always called “auntie”: Mrs. Célia Nascimento Cavaroli. By then, she had already passed.
She wasn’t related to us by blood but became one of the most significant people in our lives.
When I was just four months old, sitting on my sister’s lap, I was spotted by her stepson on the corner of our street. As the story goes, he carried me to her and, through the kitchen window, said: “Look who I found!”
That moment began a story of love, affection, and unwavering dedication. She looked at me — and never left my side.
She was my mentor, educator, and fierce protector. I grew up between two homes and two incredible mothers: different, yet beautifully complementary.
Of Portuguese descent and the daughter of an army general, she had no biological children but was a mother in every sense.
Refined and cultured, she spoke five languages fluently. She was a skilled stenographer, musician, natural artist, and had deep medical knowledge from reading all her brother’s books.
I received, alone, the love she would have given to the daughters she couldn’t bear. On some nights, she would gently caress me for hours until I fell asleep. I know she was deeply proud of me. Still, I’m not sure I ever found the words to clearly express what she meant to me while she was still with us.
I’ve felt her spiritual presence a few times, but I haven’t yet been able to meet her during an astral projection. I wish her back — multiplied — the unconditional love she gave me. 💛

Every Pope, like any person in power, faces the challenge of honoring their truth — staying loyal to their essence amid the demands of political, religious, and social pressures. A challenge most ultimately fail to meet.

Throughout history, most popes prioritized obedience from their followers. This pattern was disrupted by the first Jesuit pope, Pope Francis. He promoted acceptance, equality, love, and forgiveness, and he openly acknowledged the Church’s past mistakes. Embracing a humble lifestyle, he refused the lavish papal apartments and donated his earnings in life and death to charitable causes. He not only preached compassion — he embodied it.

Witnessing the impact of the tolerance he sought to inspire, I came to see the papal role as far more than power or religious politics.

Across millennia, religions have often led through fear, repression, and guilt. The consequences are far-reaching, evident even in spirit realms and observable through out-of-body experiences.

That’s why I want to express my admiration for Pope Francis’ resilience and alignment with his Truth. He touched multiple dimensions with his example, positively impacting both human beings and spirit beings.

To Pope Francis, I offer my deep respect and heartfelt gratitude for his legacy.

To Pope Leo XIV, I wish a path illuminated by clarity, goodness, love, compassion, wisdom, and the strength to take the necessary steps.

1 - Observe Your Internal Attitude and How Their Presence Affects You

Pay close attention to your reaction.

If you feel overly enthusiastic or emotional, it’s easier to be misled. Stay calm, grounded, and centered to maintain clarity.

2 - Engage With the Spirit Presenting Itself to You

Put your attention on them.

If it’s not a true guide, they’ll try to distract you or draw your attention elsewhere. They won’t fully show their personality and energy.

3 - Emit Energy Toward the Spirit

Direct your energy toward the spirit to assess the quality of their energy.
