We as humans should first love one another, regardless of race or nationality or any other collectivist differences. Therefore, we should profoundly respect the sanctity of all human life and God-given human rights, whether in the womb or in a foreign land. We should also respect others' choices in their own personal lives, as we would have them respect ours, whether or not we agree with them. The refusal to use government force to enforce our own opinions against others, and rather, the choice to be the "salt of the earth," the "light of the world," and lead others by example, is a principle that holds true on both the individual and international levels, and is one of the greatest manifestations of love.
