With Super Earth’s survival hanging in the balance, High Command officially declared the final phase of the Battle for Super Earth; one way or the other, the invasion’s final hours were upon us.

THIS DAY IN DEMOCRACY: The Battle for Super Earth—Day 9

One year ago, Port Mercy and York Supreme—last and greatest of the Yorks—fell. Logistical networks collapsed, halving ammo loads at the worst possible moment.

But thanks to the Automaton-dismantling efforts of the Helldivers, High Command unleashed the fully repaired Democracy Space Station. The DSS warped into orbit, initiating the "Eagle Blockade" and raining apocalyptic fire upon the invaders. The tide began to turn.

Exhausted Helldivers and SEAF forces rallied together to make their final stand, and showed the enemies of Freedom that nothing can break Managed Democracy.

One year ago, the sun rose on a fully-liberated Super Earth. Prosperity City and Equality-on-Sea—the city that had held since the first hours of the battle—had broken the Illuminate Fleet. The Battle for Super Earth was won.

Accordingly, in memory of the heroes and citizens lost in the Battle, we celebrate our hard-fought Freedom. Today we celebrate Victory Day.

One year ago, the Final Phase of the battle commenced!

While PORT MERCY and YORK SUPREME fell to the Illuminate onslaught, the DSS was finally fully repaired and unleashed against the Illuminate fleet, resulting in massive Illuminate casualties.

Reduced to 10% of their Fleet Strength remaining, the Illuminate launched a desperate assault on PROSPERITY CITY, Capital Mega City of Super Earth, resulting in the loss of over half the city and the previous President of Super Earth.

The Battle For Super Earth was finally won on Day 11!
Thanks to you Helldivers, 2 Mega Cities, PROSPERITY CITY and EQUALITY-ON-SEA, still stand on SUPER EARTH!

200 million bots were successfully processed to enable immediate repairs of the Democracy Space Station (DSS); a crusade that would prove to be the undoing of the Illuminate invasion.

One year ago, the Mega Cities, ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER 02 and REMEMBRANCE, were destroyed by the Illuminate, resulting in the activation of PROTOCOL SAPPHIRE.

The Illuminate then focused their assault on the mega-cities, PORT MERCY and YORK SUPREME.

During this period while PORT MERCY and YORK SUPREME were facing intense assaults, the Helldivers managed to secure 200 Million Bots to enable immediate repairs to the DSS.

Currently, REMEMBRANCE has been rebuilt and renamed to GUN but ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER 02 still lies in ruin, waiting to be rebuilt...
