Happy Thursday Friends! I am so grateful for life! Next Thursday I will be 62. I have had many challenges, but I am still here. I have had two strokes and I have AFib. Friends take care of your heart ❤️!!! I am exercising and lifting weights to help lower my blood pressure. Also, I am choosing happiness and mostly a stress free life, so I am cooking Thanksgiving Day and trying to enjoy my day with just my grandson.
