At first, he seemed like everything troll society wanted: strong, confident, harsh, warrior-like… the “perfect son.”

But EP9 slowly revealed something much more complicated.

Was his cruelty toward his brother real? Was it fear? Was it survival? Was he trying to become what their father demanded… while hiding the softest and most dangerous part of himself?

And then there is the biggest question…

What actually happened after Volkov collapsed?

We never truly see the father kill Dražen. We only know what Volkov experienced, what he remembers, and what that night did to him.

So now I want to know your theories:

Was Dražen really gone?
Did the father spare him?
Did someone else intervene?
Or is the truth even worse than what Volkov believes?

Before we return to Greyhaven, before we continue with Eldrin, Alaric, Volkov, Seraphine, and everything that exploded in EP8… we need to go back.

Back to the desert.
Back to a brutal troll village.
Back to two brothers born under the same roof, but shaped by very different expectations.

EP9 takes us into the past — before Runenhof, before the cold walls, before one of these souls learned that softness could be dangerous.

In troll society, boys are not simply raised.
They are forged.
They are tested.
They are expected to become warriors, no matter what kind of heart they were born with.

One brother seems ready for that world.
The other… may not survive what that world demands from him.

This episode is emotionally heavier than usual, so please be ready before watching. It explores family pressure, cruelty, love, rejection, and the painful way a harsh society can shape someone forever.

EP9 is supposed to come next Saturday, June 27th… BUT before we continue the plot we saw in EP8, this episode will take us somewhere different.

EP9 will focus on Volkov’s story before Runenhof.

And yeah… I know some of you may feel a little frustrated because a lot is about to happen after Greyhaven. We still don’t know how serious the interaction between Volkov and Seraphine will become… we don’t know if they are going to be friends, enemies, something worse, or something much more complicated.

But as a creator, I also need to follow the part of the story that feels alive and necessary to me. I need to feel inspired so I can give you my best. And this time, I truly felt we needed to understand Volkov before continuing forward.

Before we judge him.
Before we fear what he may become.
Before we see what Greyhaven changes in him…

We need to understand how he became our grumpy lizard. 🦎💔

It’s time to heal! 🤍

As you’ve probably noticed, we’ve been producing *a lot* of content lately, and honestly, it has been incredible. We are so many now, almost a 10k community, and your support, love, comments, theories, and excitement mean more to me than I can ever explain. I’m truly, truly thankful for every single one of you.

But as you can imagine, producing the episodes can be very demanding, especially on top of all my other activities. I’ve been working non-stop on Eldrin’s Path since February, and while I’m so proud and happy with everything we’ve built together… I really need a small break this week to breathe, rest, and disconnect a little from the online world.

I wish Eldrin was here to heal me hahaha! ✨

Because of that, EP9 will not be out today or tomorrow. Don’t worry, our little elven world is not stopping. Next week you’ll still see shorts and some content, but I’ll be a little less active than usual while I take this time to recover.
