With Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties coming up, I wanted to share some thoughts on the recent discussions surrounding RGG Studio, especially as someone who got into the Yakuza series later and really grew to love it. I will be honest, I have mixed feelings, and I was curious to hear how others are feeling as well.

Sometimes it amazes me what upsets people nowadays. But regardless of everything, I’m all for any good game to play. Dispatch was a fantastic game. So was Hollow Knight: Silksong and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. But I’m happy that Expedition 33 took home the Game of the Year trophy, and I would feel the same about any good game I see. It doesn’t matter who it is. I am pro-consumer not pro-company. And no matter who takes the trophy home, everyone is valid to have their own personal game of the year. We can all support the games we love without giving ourselves and others grief. Anyways, let’s have a discussion. I have a lot of thoughts on this. :)
