Assassin's Creed has held a truly special place in my heart amongst other franchises and like so many of you, I've always been obsessed with the iconic Hidden Blade.

But looking back across the series, a question kept bugging me in the shower: if this weapon is the ultimate symbol of the Creed, why is it almost never used as a primary weapon? It's a stealth weapon, but why couldn't the Assassins rely on it alone?

That curiosity sent me down a massive rabbit hole looking at every single version of the blade we’ve seen so far. From its historical origins and mechanical strengths to the design flaws that made it surprisingly impractical, we're breaking it all down! And after I researched and recalled what I remembered about each hidden blade, it makes me appreciate this weapon even more.These characters in the franchise have got to be incredibly skilled to use them.

Hey everyone!

I recently hopped back into Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR, and honestly, I couldn't stop thinking about how underappreciated this game really is. You might have seen snippets of it in a few of my past AC videos, but even though it came out back in 2023, I felt like it truly deserved a dedicated deep-dive of its own.

It genuinely became one of my absolute favorite entries in the entire franchise. No matter how many times I jump back in, I never get tired of free-running across the rooftops, pulling off smooth stealth assassinations, or engaging in combat in full VR. It was just made with so much love, and I really wanted to share that passion with you all. Maybe I’ll even convince a few of you to give it a shot!

I did end up pushing the upload back by a couple of days because exhaustion caught up with me a bit this week, and I spent hours combing through tons of footage to make sure everything turned out just right for you guys. Taking that extra time to bring you the best quality video is always going to be my top priority.

It makes me so happy seeing how many of you loved the original Black Flag and are enjoying reliving it in Resynced. I know I certainly am!

Between upcoming patch updates, New Game Plus, those Hexe leaks, and rumor on future remakes, there is so much on the horizon for Assassins Creed right now.

I put together a video sharing my honest thoughts on where the franchise is heading and appreciating the incredible developers who built this remake. You can love the art while holding corporate management accountable for the record. At the end of the day, I just really love Assassins Creed.

When I found out Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced released this month, I knew I couldn't miss out on it. I have so many fond memories of playing the original, so going back to a story and a character like Edward Kenway that I cherish so much was an opportunity I just had to take.

I’ve been playing it nonstop and I have so many thoughts I wanted to share, especially if any of you are thinking about jumping back onto the deck of the Jackdaw yourself!

Some of you reached out to me asking for a follow-up video to the Valko controversy one I made. The cancellation shocked me just as much as it did you, especially considering how ready I was to share the hype with everyone.

I initially went through with that original video because I wanted to cheer you up and make you laugh during a difficult time. But as I thought about it more, I realized that while it reminded you of why you loved Valko, it also pained some of you because it made you more aware of who you lost. So, after doing some deep digging into the movement and spending days editing since the last video, I wanted to make this follow-up to give you hope... to remind you all that there is still a reason to hold onto it.

I first entered the LADS community because a friend told me about the game. Sylus was the one who got me to download it, but as I played, I found so many more reasons to stay and make content. If you haven't noticed, I didn't actually make otome content before LADS. My very first video was on the period tracker controversy! You can only imagine what a rollercoaster that was, especially being told by outsiders that the LADS fandom was just "unhinged and toxic."

But so many of you showed me the exact opposite. You showed me why this game matters so much to you, and why your LIs mean the world to you. It motivated me to make content not just for myself, but to remind you of what keeps you going, what gets you out of bed, and what brings you joy.

I read every single one of your comments, whether you're a LADS player or here for my other gaming content, because your voices truly mean everything to me. After this controversy, I wanted to help you in return, just as much as you fuel me to make these videos. I hope this video brings you a little bit of hope when you need it most.
