Growth doesn’t happen in isolation, it flows through people.

Our decisions, thoughts, and perspectives are shaped by the people who inspire us.

And the interesting part?
The people we look up to are also looking up to someone else.

The chain never breaks.

- Everyone is learning.
- Everyone is evolving.
- Everyone is influenced.

That’s why conversations with seniors, alumni, and peers matters.

This is how strong mindsets are built.
This is how strong communities grow.

New GSoC proposal video today!

I remember my mentor appreciated my proposal.

29 March 2024 — a year ago.

Proposals are very, very important.

After the proposal, I also had an interview.

More details in the upcoming video…

After a point, “just learn more” starts giving diminishing returns.

Once the fundamentals are in place, progress is less about collecting more knowledge and more about applying it with intention.

It’s easy to stay busy by hopping between topics, courses, and tools.

It’s harder (and more valuable) to commit to a path long enough for the work to compound.

Direction > skills.
Execution > projects.
Focus > exploration.

Most growth doesn’t come from doing more things.
It comes from doing fewer things consistently, with clarity.

Picking a niche is tough, everything is interesting, after all.

Let’s see where consistency compounds.

Some Non-Tech Lessons I’ve Learned Recently:

1. Lowering expectations helps. (not the input)
2. In the end, balance is all we really need.
3. Not everything has to make sense so much for it to occur.

4. Some games are played just for fun, not to win or lose, but for the experience.
5. Its journey, not a treasure hunt.
6. Sometimes we are the doers; sometimes, just observers.

7. Feelings vs rational thinking, it’s always about balance.
8. Don’t look for the entire path; you just need a torch for the next step.
9. Life is art, not an if-else condition.
10. It’s up to you, your mindset and how you think. (I like Stoicism a lot, btw)

11. The world is huge.
12. Nothing is 100% true, everything runs on probabilities.
13. People carry shades of everything, some more, some less.
14. If the good outweighs the flaws, the flaws can be understood or ignored.
15. You don’t need to know someone completely to be friends, journey, plus, people change.

16. Owning up to things matters more than intelligence.
17. Intuition often matters more than half-knowledge.
18. Once the fundamentals are clear, everything else can be discussed, brainstormed, and worked out.

19. Things don’t need to fall under good or bad; they can just exist.
