Long time no speak fam!
Hope everyone is well going into the new year. I don’t know about you, but last year had some brutal moments we’re still recovering from.

But the season seems to be shifting. We’ll be going to Shambala festival with my wife in Chiang Dao, Thailand where apparently lots of Japanese hippies go to where there’s flow jams and great times.

Then I’m off to Nepal.
I intend to explore remote spots like the mad honey harvest, and other interesting places in Nepal to make some short docos.

I hear they have some hash villages too, so who knows what’ll happen!

Mate youtube's been flagging my videos heaps lately! My quitting weed vid was demonetised for "promoting recreational drugs", so I tried to appeal, but was rejected. Tried appealing an additional review explaining how it falls under the community guidelines of "sharing an addiction recovery story", but nope! REJECTED.

Then a bunch of my other educational videos get demonetised. Some videos I can understand but when it's a video like "DMT entities explained" where I break down the scientific, psychological and philosophical perspective of what entities are, without showing any drug use....well this gets annoying real fast. Because when you follow the guidelines and read them back to front and follow them closely to only get flagged, it's like "what else can I do?"

This is nothing new, but I'm not gonna lie, it's bloody frustrating when you work hard on a video, following the guidelines, only to get flagged by a bot. And trust me when I say ALL of youtube creator support are bots. No one talks like a human. They just copy/past the same template. It's like "you said the word WEED" therefore you will get demonetised no matter how closely you follow the guidelines.

They use diplomatic nice language but underneath they're just rubbing their nipples saying "sorry go fuck yourself there's nothing we can do" (south park reference lol)

I bet if I got drunk reviewing different alcohol brands, I would be fine. But god forbid talking about mushrooms that promote neurogenesis.

Substances that guarantee kill your braincells = Perfectly Okay
Substances that expand consciousness and grow neural connections = naughty naughty

But that's the game we chose to play! It was never supposed to be easy, and this type of content is still taboo, but someone's gotta do it. I'm so grateful for others having the courage to go against the grain, instead of just parroting what's "acceptable".

I would love to get to the stage where I don't have to even think about Adsense and just fucking go for it, no matter how crazy or controversial, but I'm not in this position yet.

I still have to play the game and be relatively cautious of what I say and do.

My intention has always been to expand the collective consciousness on not only psychedelics but different ways of thinking. To create, play, heal and explore the human condition.

The system pretends they want this for you, but when you dig just a little, you realise it's all an illusion. They want you to stay in a rigid pattern. I say fuck that, break free!

I sincerely appreciate you all on this journey with me. It's nice to know I'm not the only weirdo ;P

Facebook removed my page without any explanation except "drugs". My appeal was denied and facebook decided to remove my page.

I'm used to getting flagged sometimes, but to get a straight up removal is a first for me. I can't even remember the last time I posted on facebook lol.

A clear explanation and an example of what specific video or post would have been nice, but there you go mate.
