When I started filming ASMR more than 3.5 years ago, it was literally me, my phone, and a dream to help people slow down and breathe for a few minutes. Somehow… that tiny dream turned into millions of you showing up, supporting me, and growing with me. I will never stop saying this: you changed my life.

As a mom of three and a head spa owner, life is always a balancing act — between motherhood, building @MadHeadSpa, and trying to take care of myself in the middle of it all. 🫶 I want these ASMR vlogs to be more than just videos — I want them to be a way to connect with you on a deeper level. Hello! I have a little confession to make. This year has been sweet and bitter. I’m trying to be in 100 places at once (because that’s how my mind works) and I’m realizing that I can’t do it all.
In all honesty, I’ve put a lot of effort and hard work into all my ASMR videos that I’ve been posting for the last four years. This year, I took it a little slower with creating new ASMR content ( that I know you love to watch on my channel), and I’m starting to feel that I’m almost ready to get back to creating new content for you to enjoy and help you relax. I’m taking one more month of rest, and I promise that on September 1 you’ll have new content. I needed this break so much— I promise it will help me fall back in love with creating ASMR videos.
I appreciate you so much, and I know that because of you, I am where I am today. I would have never known to open my own head spa if it wasn’t for ASMR (also for @asmrtwix —when I found out they opened their first head spa location in Tokyo, that was the moment I decided to open my head spa in Chicago; all I had to see was that it’s possible). For a very long time, I was looking for a way to connect with my ASMR community in a more tangible way, and the concept of a Head Spa was the perfect solution.

Most of you know I’ve been spending nearly every day at our new head spa in my hometown, Park Ridge, Illinois—and honestly, it’s starting to feel like a second home. I’ve loved being part of building this space, getting to know our incredible team, and of course, enjoying the pampering treatments myself.
We currently have 7 talented head spa professionals, each with their own unique approach—from calming voices to gentle, therapeutic touch. Together, we’ve created a space that blends Japanese-inspired rituals with ASMR techniques, all focused on scalp health and full-body relaxation.
