“They Don’t Make Them Like They Used To”. This client bought these shoes brand new off the shelf. The date codes on the inside indicate they were made sometime between 1983-1993 making these shoes at least 30-40 years old! They came into the shop for new rubber heels because the soles are still solid. These shoes are the very definition of the old saying, “They Don’t Make Them Like They Used To”.

I wanted to make a video for these boots, but man they were super time consuming to do I just wanted to get them done and out of the shop 😂. We replaced the leather toe caps, as well as replacing just about everything other than the leather uppers on these boots.
