Hey yall, it’s been a few. Schools been hurting my brain and I honestly forget to stay posted sometimes bc of it. I haven’t been on the scale again bc I feel discouraged if I don’t see progress, but I remember that losing inches and moving forward are two important things. Hopefully an update this week.
