HOT TAKE: Our bizarre interest in serial killers says a lot more about *us* than it does about the killers… agree or disagree?

It’s one thing for someone to be fascinated by murdering other people. The urges they feel, the intense curiosity, the thrill… it’s something that’s foreign to many of us, so we find it interesting.

But who’s really to blame here? Us, for craving such dark entertainment, or the media for simply giving us more of what we want?

Granted, I say this as a true crime creator. So that take that as you will 😂

Which is scarier: crimes of passion, or crimes that are calculated and patient?

Personally, passion seems scarier. Calculated crimes are performed by evil people for the sake of being evil (usually). Crimes of passion can sometimes reveal a part of someone that even they didn’t know existed. Demons that were hidden away for decades… and that’s terrifying.
