Hi Everyone, I am Aditi. I lived in India, the USA, and recently moved to Canada with my family. So When you relocate to a new country with family then settling down is so much different as compared to the bachelor. Like renting the apartment, finding schools, daycare etc.
If you are in the same boat like us.Moving to Canada and would like to get information about first initial setup that you need to do after arriving, like - how to find house /job/ daycare/ insurance / school/ mode of transportation/ and overall about the abroad life.

Canada's Rentals crises. Yes. .. Rents are too high here... what's this mean to the new Comer. 2 things - initially, you need to spend some of your savings on rent more than you thought . Secondly, have to pay more rent for a decent place to live or comprise to live in a small apartment or basement apartment ( basement apartment as the name suggested itself that house owners are renovating their house basement as a 1or 2 bedrooms apartment. Giving on rent, which can be ranged in $1500- 2000).
