What to expect:

When I learned about this and utilized it every month. I noticed how much more I enjoyed my workouts.

Knowing when to push yourself and when to take it easy makes a BIG difference in how you feel while working out.

You’re also less hard on yourself.

Five Little Moments

1, 2, & 3 - Celebrating my sister’s birthday: We went to Salumeria 104, and the risotto with beef steak was absolutely delicious! 🙂‍↕️

4 - 2. Anticipating the reopening of the park: I’m excited about to play tennis with my sister again.

5. An amazing run this week: I returned to my old high school track, which evoked a strange feeling. After my ED relapse, going back to that place where my ED was at its peak was both unsettling and empowering. I managed to run 3.4 miles in biker shorts and a sports bra, feeling confident in my body on that day.
