Hello everyone! I just wanted to thank you for the support on my THAC entry. This was my first time entering into a Bricks in Motion contest, and it's been nice getting back into the brickfilm community. For those who have just found this channel, I have some big stop motions planned so stay tuned for what's to come in 2025.
Just wanted to pop in to (1) say Happy 4 Years of Harry's Quest and (2) reassure everyone that the channel has not been abandoned. Real life has just been my main focus right now: Working two part-time jobs and preparing for college in the spring. If you'd like more reassurance, I do have a project planned for November 27, which I've now made a sacred day for the channel and will have a video posted having to do with what I like to call "The Hierarchy Archives". I'm not going to go in depth on what it is, but it will be something important in the future of how my stop motion films will be structured.
That's right! I am finally doing another Q&A! This is just to have a video out while I work on stop motions. Please feel free to ask about any upcoming projects such as the Redemption prequel or even Harry's Quest 3. Or you can ask any general questions too, just as long as they're appropriate. Leave your questions below this post.
Hey everyone! It's been a minute. Sadly, I decided to scrap my Brickfilm Day submission as I had my school senior trip right over it leaving me not able to finish it in time. Plus, I just wasn't proud of the progress I had of it. Looking on the bright side though, I'm still hard at work on Redemption: Conflicting Thoughts. As announced about a month ago, I'll be animating the rest of it in Dragonframe which I've been testing out a lot since then. It's such a great improvement from Stop Motion Studio. Anyways, expect more updates on Redemption in the coming months. For now, here's a poster I made for it.
After over 2 years of teasing the switch from Stop Motion Studio to Dragonframe, it finally has happened! What does this mean now? Well for starters, this means the door is open to finally begin animation on Harry's Quest 3. I will be having to test out the software for a bit until I start using it for bigger projects though. This will also mean that all animations, except my Brickfilm Day submission and a bit of Redemption: Conflicting Thoughts, will made in Dragonframe. I'm so excited to be using the ideal software for stop motion animation!
Happy five years to the channel! For this year I've decided to just make a post to update you guys on upcoming stop motions and a first look at a new original project. Let's start from the beginning.
- Redemption: Conflicting Thoughts -
There has been some steady progress on this project. To sum it up this stop motion will be a prequel to Redemption that shows an inner battle of the mind. That meaning that this will be a fight animation. I've had very complex ideas for the fight scene that will be in this film. I'm wanting this to be a test on my fight scenes, so that they can look better for projects such as Harry's Quest 3. As of now, I've taken a break on this project so I can work on my submission for this year's Brickfilm Day which starts on May 11. I can expect this to come out around mid-2024.
- Mission: Reclaim -
My new original film, Mission: Reclaim will be about a lone survivor in a sci-fi desert wasteland on a mission to reclaim a treasured possession being held in a high security prison. I've had this idea for a while ever since I watched things like the Andor series and the Blender short film, Charge. This will be my first stop motion to be made in Dragonframe which I plan to get in preparation for Harry's Quest 3's production. No ETA for this project, but it will be my next stop motion after Conflicting Thoughts. Below is a concept image for the film featuring its protagonist.
- Harry's Quest 3: Fallen Hero -
The one you've all been waiting for, Harry's Quest 3. I can't really say much about this only that I'm doing some small polishing on the script as I wasn't proud of the dialogue. I might as well say it now, but HQ3 now has an ETA of 2025 now. I've kept it safe for the past few months by just putting "Coming Soon" on the recent posters, but now I see it most likely to come out next year. Might I remind everyone that this film is looking to be longer than the first and second combined. Rest assured, I do plan to start animating it this year during Mission: Reclaim's animation.
Anyway, these are three projects that I'll be working on this year. Hope you guys are excited for what's to come.

I thought I should share this. If you can't donate, at least consider watching some of their stop motions. They are very high quality.
