Hi, I am Michael. I have always been the kind of person who needs to know the deeper story, the real reason, the hidden connection and how things work. I would like to change the trajectory of OpEd Media. This time it is more personal, more direct, and more me.
What this channel is: OpEd Media is where I dive into the things I am genuinely obsessed with: finance, economics, history, science, and current events… basically, how the world works.
My background helps. I have studied multiple scientific fields, published research, taught students how to make sense of complex ideas, and traveled enough to gather more perspectives than I can count. I would love to share all of that here so we can learn, understand and be curious together.
Why I am back: I have always dreamed of building a channel that actually teaches something meaningful. This time I am fully committed. I write, narrate, and edit every video myself.
I want to reach people who are curious, or people who just want to understand something a little better in the time between everything else life throws at us.
And yes, I will still use AI to make fun short videos. Not because I am cutting corners, but because life gets busy, production is expensive, and AI helps me stay creative even when time and budget are tight. It keeps the channel active and playful. And honestly… it is fun. Sometimes you just need a quick scroll laugh, and I have you covered.
What to expect: I cannot promise a strict upload schedule, but I can promise that every video will be worth your time. Expect:
