Hard-core music journalist Gary Baca (KPFK & KPFA) aka G-Spot with Vaughan Mason (without the Crew). We lost Vaughn on April 4th, 2020. He was a really thoughtful man when it came to others.
Me & Vaughn talked on the phone two day's before his passing. He complaining of having a stomach flu, and said earlier he threw-up and burned his throat so bad he couldn't talk. Vaughn Mason was super cool. He didn't hesitate to sign a autograph, or take a picture with a fan.
