📢 Workout Schedule Update

Hey friends 💜 I’m adjusting my posting schedule a bit—starting now, I’ll be sharing new workout videos 3–4 times a week instead of daily. This gives each video more time to shine, and gives you more time to catch up if you missed one!

It takes a lot to set up, film, and edit each session—and I want to make them even better for you. So I’ve started practicing the night before, then filming the polished version the next evening. More intention, more sparkle, and still all the realness.
