I used to spend hours upon hours training in the gym. Almost certainly more than anyone. And anyone who knew me would have called me the fittest, most athletic person they knew.
I haven’t touched a barbell in 4+ years. Haven’t stepped foot in a gym (to train) in more than 8.
I have a FRACTION of the physical pain I had when I was 31, and I’m almost 45.
And I’ve learned a new sport, and can beat 20 year olds playing it.
Get out of the gym. Stop doing strength and conditioning nonsense. It’s a waste of your time, money, and LIFE.
