I’m fascinated by how the body organizes, moves, and heals. Through Anatomy in Motion (AiM) and Pilates, I help people reconnect with their bodies and move with more ease and flow.
I began as a professional ballet dancer, but injuries led me to AiM and Pilates to restore my body. That journey sparked a lifelong passion for movement, which I’ve been teaching for over 20 years.
This channel blends Pilates, postural awareness, and functional movement to support healing, balance, and whole-body connection.
