Long time no see! I have some explaining to do. First and foremost, sorry for not being active here as much as I should have.

I haven’t been feeling too good about myself and my anxiety has been way over the top for over a year now..

Story time, what have I been doing?:

In 2019 I took the summer off from my seasonal job in order to start creating more videos on YouTube, but ooh so wrong it went…

Procrastination, depression and self hatred for not doing all the thing I was suppose to do, started to fill my days. I saw others, friends and acquaintances flourish and I just stood still. Like I couldn’t do anything anymore..

It went so far that in October (2019) I went to a psychiatrist because I couldn’t stand myself anymore. After that meeting my journey of even more ups and downs started.
I ended up geting referred to be tested for Autism, and after a few months of tests and interviews I got it confirmed. I do have Autism and ADHD inattentive type (ADD)…
It sort of was an surprise that I got diagnosed, but at the same time so much of my entire life started to make sense..
I have lived my whole life feeling like a failure for not being able to do thing other people seemingly do so ”easy”. 30 years of struggle to fit in, feeling like an alien, only knowing how to lose time in creating, but still struggle to start or finish anything…
I have now just had about a year were I started to accept who I am and finding out what my limitations are. I’m often talking to a therapist and I have tried a few medications for the ADHD, but my Autism makes it harder to stand all the side effects, so I still have a long way to go before finding what really works for me.
So yeah, I’m still struggling with myself, trying not to hate the way I am, sometimes I do feel better, accepting myself, but not enough at the moment, but more and more for each month that goes by.
So I’m still here, still creating behind the scenes, and videos will be uploaded when I’m able to finish them.
