Two years ago I got dismissed from law school ….

To say the least, it broke my heart. I felt like I crushed that little 5th grade girl’s dreams of becoming a criminal defense attorney. Shoot, I felt like I failed God because He told me to look for law schools in CA. No one knew I was drowning in shame, fear, confusion and everything else.

But what I didn’t take into account… was that I had a Savior by my side.

Now, as I look back, I pause to look up to the One who made it all possible. I graduated with a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, cum laude (which is crazy for someone who always had C’s and D’s) and now… a self-published author. How?

Next time you catch yourself asking God to confirm what you ALREADY KNOW He's called you to do, ask Him to help you overcome the fear of stepping out of your comfort zone and the hesitation that's causing you to delay your obedience to His clear direction. It helps, trust me! 🩷🩷
